Listings

Listings must describe a real place that serves food or drink, with accurate hours, prices and photos you have the right to use. New listings are checked by the platform team before they go live.

Honor your bookings

Keep your tables and hours up to date so diners never arrive to a full room. If you must cancel, do it from your dashboard so the diner is told and refunded at once.

Reviews

Only diners with a completed booking can review. Restaurants may reply publicly but cannot remove reviews. The platform team may hide reviews or listings that break these rules.
